These terms govern use of this website and the estimating services provided under the trade name Drywall Takeoff Services by Bids Analytics LLC ("we", "us"), 418 Broadway STE R, Albany, NY 12207 USA. Requesting a quote or engaging our services constitutes acceptance. Invoices and contracts are issued by Bids Analytics LLC.
We provide construction quantity takeoff and estimating deliverables based on the drawings, specifications and information you supply. Quotes state scope, deliverables, turnaround and a fixed fee before work begins. Revisions are free within 48 hours of delivery.
You are responsible for supplying complete and current documents, reviewing deliverables before use, applying your own pricing, labor rates, and business judgment, and verifying quantities against final construction documents and addenda.
Takeoffs are quantity documents, not engineering, architectural or legal advice. Final bid amounts, means and methods, and contractual commitments remain solely your decisions. Our liability for any claim relating to a deliverable is limited to the fee paid for that deliverable.
Your project documents remain yours and are held in confidence. Deliverables we produce are licensed to you for your project use upon payment. Website content, tools and calculators are the property of Bids Analytics LLC and may not be scraped or republished.
Fees are as quoted per project or subscription. Payment terms appear on the invoice from Bids Analytics LLC. Rush work carries the surcharge stated at quoting.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stands. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact: info@drywalltakeoffservices.com.
